# Graphify Terms of Use

## 1. Introduction

Welcome to Graphify! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Graphify, a tool that visualizes and structures your Notion notes as an interactive knowledge graph.

By using Graphify, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

## 2. Scope of Services

Graphify provides a graph visualization tool that integrates with Notion, allowing users to structure their notes visually. The core features include:

- Connecting Notion workspaces
- Visualizing page relationships
- Filtering and interacting with the graph
- Ongoing feature updates and improvements

The basic version of Graphify is free. Future Pro features may be introduced with additional functionalities.

## 3. User Accounts and Access

- You must be at least 18 years old to use Graphify.
- By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
- Your account is personal and cannot be shared with others.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

## 4. Data and Privacy

Graphify integrates with Notion and processes limited user data to provide its services.

- Graphify does not sell your Notion content.

You retain ownership of your Notion data, but Graphify does not claim rights over any content you store in Notion.

Graphify is currently in beta and free to use. After the beta phase:

- The core functionality will remain free.
- Pro features (e.g., real-time updates via webhook) may require a subscription.
- Pricing details will be announced before implementation.

## 8. Limitations & Liability

Graphify is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or bug-free functionality.

We are not liable for:

- Data loss caused by third-party services like Notion
- Issues arising from incorrect integration settings
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

## 9. Termination & Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to Graphify if:

- You violate these Terms
- There are security concerns or service misuse
- We discontinue the service (with prior notice if possible)

These Terms may be updated periodically. If we make significant changes, we will notify users in advance.
